WSOM Winner Coming back for Third Edition of the Series
The World Series of Mahjong is coming back for its third season and players from all over the world are expected to compete in the event. Alex Ho Kwok-Hung was the winner of the World Series of Mahjong back in 2008 and he has announced he will be coming back to compete in this year’s series.

In 2008 Alex dominated the competition. The thirty four year old wealth management consultant won $500,000 from the tournament and used the money to buy a car and home as well as pay off his wedding. He is now expecting a baby with his wife, which will be there first.

Alex commented that the game of Mahjong changed his life and he feels very lucky to have won the tournament. the third edition of the tournament series is set to take place this Thursday and Alex will be back again in the hopes of repeating his victory.

The organizers of the WSOM are expecting a large crowd of competitors, around 300. The players are expected to be coming from the United States, Europe and Asia. It will definitely be interesting to see how well Alex will do this year as he enters the competition.
