World Mahjong Tour, Inc. (WMT) a leading Asia focus gaming company announced today that it has acquired 945i.com, a leading China gaming software development company that is based in Chengdu, China.

This company was established in 2005 and offers Chinese Mahjong, Sichuan Mahjong, Dou Di Zhu (Fight The Landlord), Tuo La Ji Shengji (Traktor Poker, Chinese Chess, Go and Junqi. These games are completed Asian games offerings but 945i.com also have games that are in the development stage that will soon be released.

Pierre Wuu and David Wang, World Mahjong Tour founders had this to say about their newest acquisition, "This acquisition allows WMT to immediately offer both play for free games directly to the consumer markets throughout Asia and also a white label software offering for companies throughout the world who want to enter this ever growing market".
