Phantom Fiber Corporation is a Canadian wireless technology supplier and most recently the company has partnered with Mahjong Time. Phantom signed a multi-year contract with Mahjong Time where mobile telephone handsets will be equipped with mahjong games.

Mahjong Time is based in San Diego, California and they create online mahjong software and turnkey solutions. In this deal, Phantom will earn an integration fee before they will share in any ongoing revenue generated from mobile subscribers.

Working with Phantom, Mahjong Time stated they will provide functionality, graphics and speed to the users. The same those users have seen on the Mahjong Time website. The integration will be available on over one thousand handset types. Subscribers will have access to multiple games and languages with tournament and practice play available.

The Chief Executive Officer for Mahjong Time, William Sutjiadi, stated: “We are quickly being recognized as the dominant mahjong provider in the online arena and we have a strong brand in the Asian market but I think we all realize that the Asian market is a very mobile and technical savvy geographic area.
